Kay’s Vintage Pantry in downtown Jefferson is one of the favorite lunch spots in the area. Kay’s also offers catering and homemade, ready-to-go Southern meals three days a week along with Kay’s Famous Chicken Salad and Pimento Cheese every day. There also are lots of fresh, homemade sweet treats to cure your sweet tooth.

For lunch, Kay’s Famous Chicken Salad can’t be missed but one of our favorites is the Chill Out Turkey sandwich with turkey, bacon, feta spread, lettuce and tomato.
There isn’t seating inside the eatery but there is plenty of outdoor seating on the Jefferson Square.
