Question: Please tell us a little bit about your background and your business.
Answer: “My background is in plumbing. My dad started Carson Plumbing starting either in 1981 or
1982, I started to work there in 1994 and bought the company from him in 2008 (along with a younger
brother). In 2017, I bought Athens Home Inspection from Mr Neil Carlisle and in April of 2020 we
changed the name of the company to Blueprint Home Inspection. Over the course of 2020 we hired
seven inspectors including Clayton, Gainesville, Jefferson, Athens and Greensboro. We cover a pretty
wide territory now.”

states. September 2019, I spent 11 days in Washington State with a buddy of mine and I would
absolutely go back out there. It’s so beautiful out and we don’t have anything like that on the East coast.
We went fishing and hiking and just drove to see the country. Every time you turn a corner, you need to
